Forge Global Futures is a solutions-focused, statewide organization committed to improving the life outcomes of Boys and Men of Color (BMoC). Rooted in 15 years of leadership, lived experience, and an unwavering belief in their brilliance, we build the infrastructure, partnerships, and shared accountability necessary to confront systemic inequities across Pennsylvania.
We are not another program. We are an ecosystem — a collaborative force dedicated to shifting narratives, expanding opportunity, and strengthening the systems that shape young men's lives.
We build a pipeline of people, partners, and programs that deliver essential services and transform the conditions influencing Boys and Men of Color.

A membership network of individual and institutional champions working together to mobilize resources, strengthen collaboration, and drive collective action across Pennsylvania.

The Forge Institutes
A hub for education, training, and professional development offering learning experiences, leadership development, and skill-building for individuals, organizations, and practitioners serving Boys and Men of Color.

Communities of practice that gather experts, partners, and leaders to share knowledge, examine trends, and co-create solutions for policy, systems, and program improvement.

Forge Community Wellness Hubs
Localized centers that provide Boys and Men of Color access to essential supports — including wellness services, employment pathways, housing resources, and social services — anchoring our work at the community level.
For generations, Black, Brown, and other Boys and Men of Color have been burdened by distorted narratives, systemic inequities, and societal structures not designed for their success. Yet their contributions to American culture, innovation, and progress are undeniable.
Forge Global Futures exists to change the conditions that undermine opportunity. We reject tokenism, superficial DEI approaches, and systems that fail to see the value and humanity in these young men. Instead, we champion truth, build collective power, and invest in solutions that unlock their full potential.

Forge Global Futures was founded by The Honorable Kevin L. Carter, a lifelong advocate for Boys and Men of Color, trusted civic leader, and nationally recognized voice for equity and systems transformation. His leadership is rooted in lived experience, community service, and decades of work dismantling barriers for young men across Pennsylvania.
