A nonprofit forging stronger men

Heat plus pressure
makes steel.

Forge Global Futures mentors, equips, and stands beside boys and men the world is too quick to write off. We turn raw potential into purpose — through brotherhood, hands-on programs, and showing up when it counts.

501(c)(3) nonprofit · Every dollar goes to programs and the men in them.

The why

Too many are
cooling off alone.

Boys and men are falling through the cracks quietly — out of school, out of work, out of touch with anyone who believes in them. Isolation hardens into despair, and despair gets passed down. We refuse to treat that as inevitable. Steel is not born hard. It is made that way — with heat, with hammering, and with someone who knows what they are shaping.

What we do

Three fires, one forge.

Every program runs on the same principle: pair a man with people who believe in him, give him real work to put his hands to, and never let him do it alone.

One-to-one

Mentorship

We match every participant with a trained mentor who shows up weekly — not for a semester, but for as long as it takes. Consistency is the whole program.

  • Weekly one-to-one check-ins
  • Goal-setting & accountability
  • Crisis support, day or night

A life, reforged

Marcus walked in cold.

Eighteen, expelled, a court date looming, and nobody in his corner.

His mentor, Dré, did not lecture him. He just kept showing up — every Thursday, no exceptions. Six months in, Marcus enrolled in our welding lab. Eighteen months in, he was certified and on a job site. Today he mentors two younger guys from his old block and still meets Dré for coffee.

"Nobody ever told me I could be useful. Forge didn't hand me anything. They handed me a hammer and stood next to me while I learned to swing it."

Built side by side

A man is forged in the company of other men.

We do not fix people from a distance. We work shoulder to shoulder — in the shop, in the circle, on the job — because that is where trust is made and where it holds.

We forge them — and then we hand them the hammer.
